No. This is an expression of interest. We’re collecting requests and exploring possible visits. We’ll share details if an option becomes available.
How long might I wait?
We can’t give a reliable timeframe yet. Requests may arrive gradually, and a shared visit needs enough nearby riders with compatible needs, plus a suitable fitter and workable dates. Some groups may never come together. Submitting a request doesn’t reserve an appointment.
How much will a visit cost?
There’s no charge to submit a request. Any fitting or travel fees will depend on the fitter and the visit. You’ll receive the details before deciding whether to proceed.
Where in New York are you starting?
We’re collecting requests across New York State. Where we can organize a visit will depend on nearby demand and fitter availability; we don’t yet promise coverage in any particular area.
How will you choose a fitter?
Before proposing a visit, we intend to review the fitter’s training, relevant experience, and suitability for the group’s needs. We’ll share their details so you can decide whether they’re right for you.
